If, for any reason, the size isn\u2019t right or you change your mind, you can request an exchange or return of your item<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Return Period<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to European e-commerce legislation, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract and return the product within 14 consecutive days from the day you receive the order at your address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Mandatory Return Conditions (Sneakers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a return or exchange to be accepted, the returned item must strictly meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product Condition: The <em>sneaker<\/em> or other items must be completely unused, with no signs of wear, dirt on the soles, or any damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original Box: The original box is part of the product and must be returned in perfect condition.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Important:<\/em> Never attach adhesive tape or shipping labels directly to the original <em>sneaker box<\/em>The return must be placed inside a protective outer shipping box (you may reuse the box in which your order was delivered).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etiquetas e Acess\u00f3rios: Todos os acess\u00f3rios originais (atacadores extra, certificados, panfletos) e a etiqueta\/selo de seguran\u00e7a da  Vorax Store devem estar intactos e afixados ao produto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>A  Vorax Store reserva-se ao direito de recusar devolu\u00e7\u00f5es de artigos que apresentem sinais de uso, danos ou cuja caixa original tenha sido danificada.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. How to Start a Return or Exchange<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@voraxstore.com\">info@voraxstore.com<\/a> indicating:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number (e.g., #1024)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name associated with the purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return or if you wish to exchange for another size\/model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions and the address where you should send the item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After receiving the product at our headquarters, we will inspect it within 1 to 3 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Shipping Costs (Postage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defective item or incorrect shipment by Vorax Store: Vorax Store will assume all costs for collection and reshipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
